Join us for a week of walking in Wiltshire! Discover the pretty market town of Devizes as we spend three days hiking the breathtaking North Wessex Downs – and join us for a special performance of Midsummer Revels on the last night!
(Don’t fancy walking? Places are also available for non-walkers – and we’ll even taxi you out to join us and the rest of the party for a pub lunch every day mid-walk!)

WHAT’S INCLUDED

– 4 nights bed and breakfast at the The Bear Hotel in Devizes
– Lunch (Tue-Wed-Thu) and 2-course dinner (Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu)
– A different walk each day (maximum 9 miles in any one day). Highlights include Avebury Stone Circle, West Kennet Long Barrow, Silbury Hill and the Alton Barnes White Horse.
– Performance of GreenMatthews’ Midsummer Revels on the Thursday evening

GETTING TO DEVIZES
DRIVING
There is limited free parking at the hotel, available on a first-come-first-served basis.
TRAIN
Devizes doesn’t have a train station – the nearest is Pewsey. There are four direct trains a day from London Paddington. Devizes is then about 20 minutes away by taxi. It’s best to book your taxi in advance from Valleywide Taxis as there’s no taxi rank at the station.
